Customers can choose to fit the new Innovision Cockpit display setup, which adds a 12.3-inch digital instrument screen and a 15-inch central touchscreen that is angled towards the driver so everything is well within reach.
The Touareg is also available with many driver assistance systems, including night vision, traffic jam and roadwork lane assist, front cross traffic assist, active all-wheel steering and roll stabilisation.
With the Touareg increasing in size as well, this generation offers 810 litres of boot space with the rear seats up and this can be extended to 1,800 litres when the back bench is folded down.
