67-Plate Release Date
When does the new number plate come out? It's here, already! The 67-Plate release date is the 1st September 2017. Following on from the 17-Plate on 1st March 2017, 67-Plate cars should start appearing on the roads from today.
Which cars are likely to be in demand this month? We take a look at the UK's best selling cars to date in 2017. Demand for alternatively-fuelled vehicles rose sharply by 64.9%, making up 5.5% of the new car market overall. So far, the year-to-date new car registrations remains at a high level thanks to a strong first quarter – with more than 1.5 million new cars registered on UK roads since January. In the first half of 2017 overall, new car sales fell by 1.3% to 1.4m vehicles, which was still the second biggest first half-year on record.

The Ford Focus hatchback has been one of the bestselling new cars in Britain and has done well to maintain a reputation as one of the best family cars money can buy.

For such a little car, the Ford Fiesta has some serious history behind it. First introduced to the UK in 1976, it’s gone on to not only become one of the best-loved cars in Britain, but also officially the best-selling car in the country. Ever.
